GUESTROOM BATHROOM FINISHES

Walls - Vinyl Wall Covering/Ceramic tile or better
Ceiling - Smooth finish enamel paint (Matte)
A. Tub enclosure walls must be full-height 12" x 12" (30cm x 30cm) or larger rectified edge ceramic tile, solid surface or approved alternative. A 1/8" (3mm) maximum grout joint is required.
B. Bath floors and base must be ceramic or porcelain tile or approved alternative. Tile size must be 16" x 16" (41cm x 41cm) or 12" x 18" (30cm x 46cm). Color and texture are subject to approval by Doubletree. A 1/8" (3mm) maximum grout joint is required. Bright white grout should not be used to avoid staining. When used as flooring, tile must be unglazed and have a friction coefficient (ASTM-C1028-84) of 0.6 wet or better, and a breaking strength (ASTM-C648-84) of not less than 250 pounds, or ISO equivalent for hotels / projects outside the United States. Bath floor and base tiles must have rectified edge.
C. Vinyl tile or sheet vinyl is not allowed.
D. Grout shall be non-shrink type epoxy or latex Portland cement to minimize staining. Grout lines should be as narrow as possible.

C. 不得采用乙烯砖或乙烯塑料地板材料。
D. 灌浆应为非收缩型环氧树脂或者乳液硅酸盐水泥，以尽量减少污迹。灌浆线应尽可能窄一些。
