稳定判据
(1) 功角稳定:系统受到大扰动后,各发电机之间最大相对功角小于180°,并且相对功角为减幅振荡,振荡逐步衰减消失;
(2) 电压稳定:系统受到大扰动或小扰动后,系统中枢点电压不低于80%额定电压,且持续时间不超过1.0s,并且电压为减幅振荡,振荡逐步衰减消失;
(3) 频率稳定:系统低频率时,正常情况下应不导致低频率减负荷装置动作,事故情况下可考虑低频率减负荷装置动作,但系统不能发生频率崩溃,即系统最低频率不应低于低频减负荷装置最低频率轮频率值;系统高频率时,最高频率不应高于电网中发电机组高频率保护最低频率整定值,一般应不高于50.5~51Hz。

Stability Criteria
(1) Stability of power angle: Whenever the system is considerably disturbed, the max. relative power angle between the generators should be less than 180°, and should gradually disappear by following an attenuated oscillation;
(2) Voltage stability: Whenever the system is considerably or slightly disturbed, its pilot node voltage should be no less than 80% of the rated voltage and the duration should be no more than 1s. The voltage should follow a convergent oscillation which should be gradually attenuated and disappear;
(3) Frequency stability: If the system suffers a low frequency, its low-frequency load-shedding devices should not be activated in normal state, or may be activated without causing frequency collapse of the system in emergency (i.e., the min. system frequency should not be less than the value set on the lowest frequency wheel of the devices). If the system has a high frequency, its max. frequency should not exceed the min. calibrated frequency for high frequency protection of generators in the grid, but should be no more than 50.5 ~ 51Hz in general cases.
