摘要
公路桥钢桥面的防护体系有多种形式,且都应用普遍,但铁路桥钢桥面的防护体系,除上海铁路局淮南复线某桥外尚没有看到这方面的资料报道,而关于钢系杆拱桥正交异性钢桥面的防护体系,国内外资料更是未见。福厦铁路木兰溪及丘后特大桥128米钢系杆拱桥采用了有碴正交异性钢桥面的结构形式,由于以前国内在钢桥面上进行防腐、防水技术和材料方面没有进行系统的研究,因此,结合这两座桥,联合铁道科学研究院金属及化学研究所,进行钢桥面防腐、防水试验研究,根据研究成果完成了福厦铁路钢系杆拱桥正交异性钢桥面防护体系设计及施工工艺研究。本文主要介绍这种新型的防护体系及其施工工艺。

Abstract
Many kinds of protection system are used widely for steel highway bridge deck, but the protection system for steel railway bridge deck has never been reported except for a bridge over Huainan double track of Shanghai Railway Administration. However, the protection system for orthotropic steel bridge deck of steel tied arch bridge is much more rarely informed over the world. The 128m steel tied arch bridges of Mulanxi and Qiuhou super major bridges over Fuzhou-Xiamen Railway apply the construction of orthotropic ballasted steel bridge deck. As in China there has never been systematic research on corrosion resistant and water proof technologies and materials for steel bridge deck, we collaborated with Metals & Chemistry Research Institute of China Academy of Railway Sciences to carry out the research of corrosion resistance and water proofing for steel bridge deck based on these two bridges, and completed the research on design and construction technology of protection system for orthotropic ballasted steel bridge deck of steel tied arch bridge over Fuzhou-Xiamen Railway. This article introduces the new protection system and its construction technology.
